Chris has been in quality assurance since 1972 and consulting in the VET sector since 2003. He has run a variety of businesses at the level of Quality Manager and senior management roles. He has been involved in the setting up and development of a large number of RTOs on the East coast of Australia. He has provided advice and practical aspects of assessment within hospitality, beauty, finance, business, aviation and business services for both local RTOs as well as CRICOS colleges.

Chris has an MBA in Technology Management from Deakin University and BSB51607 Diploma of Quality Auditing. He recently has worked as an Expert Witness in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for RTOs facing regulatory shutdown with much success.

Chris continues to push for the integration of technology and the improvement of practices into the learning space to enhance the quality of learning outcomes for students and the training community. Win him over with Anzac biscuits – it works every time.
